Who Needs an Umbrella?

It's just another rainy day in Portland, Oregon. This view is from a rare city skywalk on a busy downtown street. Painting invented figures and vehicles at these angles was a challenge. Including inventing the Mack truck coming in as a way to enter the scene. (My son drives cross-country trucks.) I had to include a smartcar, someone sitting on the sidewalk, Blazer fans, all so typical in this P-town. The final challenge was how to look like it was raining... Oregonians pride themselves of NOT needing an umbrella!
